I was sceptical about starting training because I didn't think I would stick with any exercise program. Especially because I experienced a lot of pain in my feet during exercise from prior surgeries. Denise was able to teach me the importance of correct form to prevent injuries. She listened when I said that certain movements hurt my feet, and provided me with alternate exercises. She encouraged and pushed me to increase the amount of weight and reps.
I am much stronger now than before I started. I used to have a lot of foot, back and neck pain and I rarely experience any of those now. I can easily carry large bags of dog food and other heavy items. I have moved my daughter in and out of college dorms and apartments, including carrying a dorm fridge by myself.

The short answer is none. We can start with body weight and be creative with household items to provide resistance. Depending on the training medium you choose, I will provide the equipment, or I can provide recommendations on what type of equipment would work best.
